Test Week has rolled round again
After a successful 12 week cycle, lets see where we stand.
Monday we will test our Squats
Tuesday our presses and some rowing
Wednesday, Box Jump, Vertical Jump, CMJ and Squat Jump
Thursday will be Dead Lift Day
Friday is Pull up, chin up, Dips and our D12 BaseLine
As usual, come in every day.
If anyone wants to look at their Reactive Strength Index (RSI) or Elastic Index, let me know and we’ll get that done too.
